About Us

Benjamin L. Wilson

Benjamin L. Wilson is a native of Southern Utah with deep family ties to the St. George area. He graduated from Snow Canyon High School in 2000, and then served a full-time mission in Japan for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. When he returned home, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University, and then attended Syracuse University College of Law on a Dean’s scholarship for two years before returning to Brigham Young University to finish law school.

Ben has been practicing law in St. George for over 10 years and has handled every kind of family case there is. Before starting his own firm, he was a partner at Slemboski & Tobler where in addition to family law he handled other types of cases including criminal law, personal injury, and civil litigation. However, his primary focus has always been family law. On a few occasions he has filed appeals with the Utah Court of Appeals when he believed the district court did not get it right, and he has been successful in getting the appeals court to overrule the district court. Ben started his own practice because he wanted to scale down his practice and focus exclusively on family law and so he could give more time and attention to his clients.

Ben married his wife, Marsha, in March 2005 in the St. George Temple, and together they have three children Cassidy, Cael, and Katie. He enjoys mountain biking, road biking, archery, hunting, reading, and being in the mountains. However, nothing is more important than his family and he believes his clients feel the same way. That is the approach he takes when representing his clients with their family law needs.

Erin Runolfson

Erin Runolfson has over 11 years of experience working as a paralegal. She understands the stresses and concerns clients have when they come into or call the office. She treats every client with kindness and respect and is routinely praised by our clients for the knowledgeable and caring way she interacts with them.

She understands that navigating the legal process can feel overwhelming, and she takes pride in being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to making the experience as clear and stress-free as possible for our clients.

Outside of work, she enjoys making memories with her husband and children. She also has a passion for travel and loves exploring new places whenever she gets the opportunity.
